Hammond FR2D by Ace Tone

 

De oorspronkelijke versie van dit rtitme was de Ace Tone Rhythm Ace en daarvan werd de Hammond FR2D afgeleid.

De geestelijke vader en ontwerper van dit ritme is Mr. Kakehashi, de huidige directeur van Roland. Dit is een voorgangers van het illustere Hammond AV 64 ritme.

Front panel has adjustable volume and tempo control knobs, 16 rhythm buttons, 3 mute buttons, a Stop/Start button and 2 lights - 1 indicating power is on and the other flashing with the beat like a metronome.

Top of the unit has the original music desk that can be easily removed if you don't care for it.
Rear panel has a 1/4" input for a Stop/Start foot switch, 2 unbalanced 1/4" outputs (high out - low out) and a surprisingly thick high quality power cord compared to its twin (Rhythm Ace FR2L) power cord.
